2015 Marathon Sports “Somerville Jingle Bell Run”

This past Sunday thousands of runners dressed and decorated in holiday outfits raced through the streets of Somerville all for a good cause.
The Marathon Sports Somerville Jingle Bell Run 5k Road Race in Somerville, Massachusetts is a great holiday event. This race draws over 5,000 runners to Davis Square in Somerville to take part in a road race and great post race party. This 5k race featured a rolling course with just a couple of small hills. New and amended regulations pertain to sales of tobacco and e-cigarettes, penalties, and allowed locations for smoking, among others.
SOMERVILLE – On Nov. 19, 2015, the Somerville Board of Health voted to adopt amended tobacco regulations in the City of Somerville pertaining to sales of tobacco and nicotine delivery (e-cigarettes) products, as well as to smoking in workplaces and public places.
