Somerville’s new superintendent of schools Mary Skipper’s response to the public regarding this story is that it is “Irresponsible journalism” on The Somerville News Weekly’s behalf about the story that we wrote saying it wasn’t true.

Hair Cuttery Donates Portion of Proceeds to Community Action Agency of Somerville in Celebration of One Year Anniversary

  

 

Somerville, MA– Hair Cuttery celebrated the one year anniversary of its grand opening in Somerville, MA by helping raise money and awareness for the Community Action Agency of Somerville. From October 18th-24th, Hair Cuttery donated five percent of all proceeds to the charity. Six Boston area Mayors and City Managers today jointly announced the formation of the Greater Boston Regional Economic Compact, which will facilitate regional problem solving among the municipalities of Boston, Braintree, Cambridge, Chelsea, Quincy, and Somerville. Sunday, November 21, Boston News Group/Somerville News Weekly/Viasworld TV attended the 2015 Boston Fashion Awards at Stage Night Club in Boston. Guests were able to show up at 7 pm, two hours prior to the show, to enjoy cocktails and live entertainment by local singer Natalie Joly. Models walked around in gorgeous designs and welcomed guests to take pictures with them.
