Good News George is Back at Woody’s

After a month long absence from Woodys Liquor Store on Broadway, George the famous cardboard cutout is back!

He was reported stolen back in November and no sign of him has been seen since.

But recently, the good people of Burke Distributing noticed how much he was missed in Somerville, so they volunteered and had a new cardboard cutout of the icon made and delivered back to Woody’s Liquor Store.

Karen Love of Woody’s said that “The new cardboard icon will be heavily guarded.”
