On December 18, 2015 I was assigned to marked unit west 6 along with Officer Gardner, we were dispatched to assist west 7 with a motor vehicle accident. Upon our arrival I spoke Officer Collazo who witness operation of MA# CON R75089, Officer Collazo reported that the operator of the CON R75089 was unlicensed. The operator was identified as Leandro Amancio, after the exchange of information was complete I advised Mr. Amancio that he was being placed under arrest for unlicensed operation. An employee of L and J electric took possession of the vehicle. Mr. Amancio was transported by unit 200 to the station.
