Here in New England we average an inch of rain a month. Until now, this summer, we have had just one inch of rain the whole summer. And this is what the grass looks like at Prospect Hill because we have had so little rain. I once lived through a two year drought. I hope this is not one of those.

At approximately 4:26 pm I received a call on my department issued cell phone from Home Depot Asset Protection Associate (APA) XXXXX. APA XXXXX stated to me that a male in his store had just pushed a cart out of the door filled with merchandise that he had not paid for. I arrived in the Home Depot parking lot a short time later.
