On Friday, August 5, 2016, I was assigned to the Somerville Police Drug Control Unit. Routine surveillance was set up in the area of the Otis Street Playground by me and detectives Brioso, Collette, Costa, and Legros were also in this area. Somerville’s Drought

Here in New England we average an inch of rain a month. Until now, this summer, we have had just one inch of rain the whole summer. And this is what the grass looks like at Prospect Hill because we have had so little rain. I once lived through a two year drought. I hope this is not one of those.
