Members of the Somerville Police Department Drug Control Unit initiated a drug investigation of Mr. Joao Batista and an operator of a 2003 gray Toyota Corolla, and their alleged role in the ongoing distribution of Cocaine. Somerville Snow Emergency Lifted

  
The City’s snow emergency will be lifted Monday morning 3/21 at 11:30 a.m. Residents will have 2 hours after the end of the emergency (until 1:30 p.m.) to move their cars from municipal or school lots. Cars still parked in these lots after 1:30 p.m. may be ticketed and towed. Property owners are also reminded that you have 6 daylight hours from the end of snowfall to shovel sidewalks. ‪#‎LetItBeSpring‬

Somerville Mayor Joe Curtatone Joins Morning Meeting Talking Wynn Casino 

    
   
All the public theater in the world by the Wynn Casino folks isn’t going to win in court anymore than calling it Wynn Boston Harbor means that the casino is actually located along Boston Harbor. It comes back to whether the rules that apply to everyone else, rules we followed when putting together Assembly Square, apply to Wynn. Our lawsuits (we have 5) say they do.
