The Somerville News Weekly’s Special Person of the Week Somerville High School Headmaster John Oteri

John Oteri is in his third year as Headmaster of Somerville High School. A 15-year veteran of SHS, Mr. Oteri was a member of the school’s Social Studies Department from 1999 to 2007 and a Housemaster/ Assistant Principal from 2007 to 2012 before taking on the Headmaster position.

West Branch Library Community Visioning Meeting, June 1

Curtatone, Ward 6 Alderman Rebekah Gewirtz, the Somerville Public Library, designLAB architects and Design Technique, Inc. invite all interested community members to a visioning meeting for upcoming renovations to the West Branch Library on College Ave. The meeting will be held at the Tufts Administration Building, 167 Holland St., on June 1 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
