RYAN HARRINGTON FOUNDATION TO HOLD ADDICTION-RECOVERY MASS AND BRUNCH

Somerville, MA- The Ryan Harrington Foundation cordially invites you to join them for a special Mass of Hope & Recovery celebrated by dear family friend and fellow community member, Father Paul Coughlin.
“We would love for everyone to attend this Mass regardless what your religious affiliation or higher power may be” said Cathy Harrington, the mother of Ryan Harrington and an officer of the Foundation. “This is about reflection, connection and community.”
The Mass will be held on Sunday, November 27th at 11:30am at St. Raphaels’s Church (514 High Street, Medford, MA 02155).
Immediately following the Mass the Foundation is hosting a catered brunch (by local favorites such as The Neighborhood Restaurant and Lyndell’s Bakery) in the St. Raphael’s Church Hall. All are encouraged to attend.
Dave Harrington, Ryan’s father confides “The Holiday Season is an especially difficult time for those who have lost a loved one to addiction, those struggling with addiction, as well as their families. Our wish is to have the community come together, to let people know that they are not alone”.

The Harrington’s are hoping to double the attendance of last years Mass.
Jesse Clingan, an organizer with the foundation adds, “I’ve heard this saying that the opposite of addiction is connection. This is an opportunity for us to connect with people and to strengthen our resolve not only in the fight against addiction but whatever you may be going through”
The Ryan Harrington Foundation is dedicated to those who have fallen victim to this insidious disease, their families and loved ones.
