Ballot Question 5
Somerville voters will find an extra on their November ballot. Question 5 asks residents to approve a Prop 2 1/2 debt exclusion to fund a new high school. SNN brings you an in-depth look at the move to build a 21st century learning center and what a debt exclusion means for taxpayers.
As part of the city’s green initiative, Somerville has teamed up with the state on a program to educate, fund and streamline the process of installing solar panels. There’s still time to sign up for an assessment, and join your neighbors in going solar.
