This past Saturday afternoon thousands of people showed up to partake in the festivities at the “Annual 2014 Food Truck Festival” located down at Assembly Row in Somerville.
There were dozens of food trucks with every kind of food menus imaginable to satisfy one’s appetite.

Thousands of people at Assembly Row for the 2014 Food Truck Festival sounds like the kind of turnout that really takes over that whole stretch by the river. I can only imagine how long the lines must have been, but with that many trucks and that much foot traffic, it probably felt like a full-day event. Reminds me of how my friends and I like to keep things moving when we hang out, and lately we’ve been using a free browser-based voice party game that you can just pull up online and play without downloading anything.

NE Food Truck Festivals had an epic fail with this event. I wasted $10 for a space that was much too small, with no seating or shade tents with 20/30 minute waits at most trucks for food.
