Somerville Kiwanis, The Gift of Giving

20131223-201530.jpg
It was a wonderfully spirited Christmas scene complete with falling snow as 59 Somerville Head Start children were treated to a visit from Santa himself.

Pictured are some of those children accompanied by the current Kiwanis Club president, Mr Rui Domingos handing out gifts provided by the Kiwanis Club, Santa captivated these children and their ear to ear smiles was the proof.

This annual Kiwanis event is just one of countless ways this club keeps giving back to the community.

Special thanks to The Somerville Holiday Inn and Mama Gina’s Pizza for their generous support and to Jill Bowdring for her spirited efforts.
