On 06/11/2016, I Officer John Howe was on duty for the Somerville Police Department West 6. At approximately 6:45pm while parked in front of the Foundry Restaurant located at 255 Elm St. Somerville. I observed a 2004 Nissan Maxima parked approximately 2 car lengths in front of my marked cruiser parked approximately 2 and a half feet from the curb unoccupied. On June 11,2016, I was in full uniform working a paid detail at Samba Bar. At approximately 12:00 am, the owners of the establishment had asked a female , later identified as Bianca Monteiro, to leave because she was bothering other patrons and begging for drinks after she had been told by staff there that they would no longer serve her any more alcohol. On Thursday, June 9, 2016, I, Officer Paul Beckford, was on duty for the Somerville Police (Station Man). At approximately 12:11 AM, I heard someone yelling in the front lobby of the police station. The disturbance was coming from Ms. Bonnie Dwyer. Ms. Dwyer is well known to the department. One of our civilian employees, XXXXX informed Ms. Dwyer that she was not allowed to sleep on our public benches. Ms. Dwyer has been told not sleep on the public benches in the past, due to prior disruptions. The benches are located in the main lobby of the station.

On Monday, June 06, 2016, at 6:30 P.M., I received a telephone call from Saks Loss Prevention Agent, XXXXX, stating he observed four males enter the store from the Canal Street door; one male selected a pair of sweatpants, put them on and exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. XXXXX described the shoplifter as a Hispanic male, with long hair, wearing gray sweatpants.
