At approximately 12:00 am, the owners of the establishment had asked a female , later identified as Bianca Monteiro, to leave because she was bothering other patrons and begging for drinks after she had been told by staff there that they would no longer serve her any more alcohol. On Thursday, June 9, 2016, I, Officer Paul Beckford, was on duty for the Somerville Police (Station Man). At approximately 12:11 AM, I heard someone yelling in the front lobby of the police station. The disturbance was coming from Ms. Bonnie Dwyer. Ms. Dwyer is well known to the department. One of our civilian employees, XXXXX informed Ms. Dwyer that she was not allowed to sleep on our public benches. Ms. Dwyer has been told not sleep on the public benches in the past, due to prior disruptions. The benches are located in the main lobby of the station.
