On 06/11/2016, I Officer John Howe was on duty for the Somerville Police Department West 6. At approximately 6:45pm while parked in front of the Foundry Restaurant located at 255 Elm St. Somerville. On Thursday, June 9, 2016, I, Officer Paul Beckford, was on duty for the Somerville Police (Station Man). At approximately 12:11 AM, I heard someone yelling in the front lobby of the police station. The disturbance was coming from Ms. Bonnie Dwyer. Ms. Dwyer is well known to the department. One of our civilian employees, XXXXX informed Ms. Dwyer that she was not allowed to sleep on our public benches. Ms. Dwyer has been told not sleep on the public benches in the past, due to prior disruptions. The benches are located in the main lobby of the station.
