Meet this week’s “Special Person of the Week Thomas Lambert

Thomas Lambert was born on February 2nd, 1994 to Linda and Tommy Lambert. Thomas is one of a triplet with sister, Hannah Lambert and brother Dylan Lambert.  
Thomas lived in Somerville from the time that he born and his mom and dad were also born and raised fight here in Somerville as well. 
He played hockey for Somerville Youth Hockey from the age of 5, then went on to playing for Somerville High School then later graduated from Somerville School in 2012 and joined the military right out of the high school. 
He later joined the United States Air Force where he was stationed in Lackland AFB San Antonio, Texas where he went through his basic training to become part of the Security Forces team.
Thomas was then stationed at Offutt AFB Omaha, NE then was deployed to Afghanistan for an 8 month tour.
The reason that he first originally joined the Air Force was to get some training and then to come back home to serve and protect his hometown city of Somerville as a Police officer!
