City of Somerville:Need to cool off?
Please remember that spray heads and public fountains are on in the summer from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m and run on timers, usually for four hour cycles. In between cycles the system shuts off completely for 10 to 30 minutes. Please be patient during the rest period and don’t hit the activate buttons. Using excessive force can break the activators.
