Somerville Resident Olivia Gilligan Corsetti Awarded UMass Amherst Scholarship

   
 
AMHERST, Mass. – Olivia Gilligan Corsetti, of Somerville, a member of the Class of 2019 at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, has been chosen to receive the first annual $1,000 scholarship in memory of Hannah Beth Frilot, a member of the UMass Amherst Class of 2015 who died last year. Community Note: Project STAR Youth Performance Aug. 13

  
In the culmination of their summer theatre camp, Somerville’s Project STAR youth will present their 2015 performance, “See You Again!,” on Thurs., August 13 at 7 p.m. in the West Somerville Neighborhood cafetorium (177 Powderhouse Blvd.). The performance is free and open to the public. Project STAR is a free, 6-week Summer Theatre Camp directed by Youth Arts Coordinator Jimmy Del Ponte, in which Somerville youth learn script writing and theatre production.
