Obituary
Andrea A. (Chiarolanza) Manganiello – Of Medford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 with her beloved family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 62 years young.
Born and raised in Somerville, Andrea was the devoted daughter of Lillian (Leone) Chiarolanza and the late Vincent Chiarolanza.
Andrea was a deeply generous and caring person who found joy in helping others. She was always thinking of those she loved and making sure everyone around her felt supported and cared for.
She loved family traditions and holidays, especially Christmas, her favorite time of year. Andrea also enjoyed shopping, often browsing her favorite stores, especially L.L. Bean, always searching for the perfect gift or special find.
Andrea especially cherished time spent with her family, creating lasting memories filled with laughter, games, and her beloved Easter egg hunts for both children and “grown kids” alike.
She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially the quiet evenings she shared with Eddie. They loved watching their favorite show Hudson & Rex, the story of a detective and his loyal canine partner, as well as cheering on their favorite wrestling matches.
Above all else, Andrea cherished her family. She treasured every moment spent with them, especially her nieces and nephews, who brought her endless joy. Her love also extended to her adored fur nephew, Sully, whom she spoiled with affection whenever she had the chance.
Nothing, however, compared to the love she shared with her beloved husband, Eddie. They were true partners in life, and simply being together brought Andrea a sense of peace, comfort, and happiness. Their love was the foundation of her life, and the beautiful memories they shared together will forever be treasured by Eddie and by all who knew and loved them
