Salmeron-Molina & Villenueva Arrest

At approximately 2:04 PM on April 4, 2014 Officer in the east 4 patrol car and Officer in the east 3 patrol car was
dispatched to Walnut St. for a report of two individuals in the garage. Upon arrival Officer walked to the garages which are located to the left of the house as you face the property. Upon reaching the garages Officer heard voices emitting from the first garage and also noticed that the garage door was ajar a couple of inches. Officer opened the garage door and observed two Hispanic males drinking beer. Officer upon seeing the men ordered them out of the garage and as they exited the garage he was able to confirm that they were the two individuals who had been told to leave the property approximately an hour earlier by the owner of the property. While Officer was speaking with the Individuals Officer arrived on scene.
Officers were able to obtain identification from both individuals which identified them as Leodan Salmeron-Molina and Victor Villenueva. As the Officers were speaking to the men the owner of the property, arrived and told the Officers that he has had to tell Leodan-Salmeron Molina on several occasions to leave the property and that he had even found him in the basement of the home sleeping. Owner went on to say that prior to telling the men to leave the property earlier that he had observed them urinating in the yard.

Officer asked owner if he was aware of the mattress in the garage at which time Leodan Salmeron-Molina interrupted and said “I put it there” and then laughed. Owner then said that he has been having trouble keeping the individuals off his property and that he has told him numerous times over a few months to stay off the property.

Officer then spoke to both Leodan Salmeron-Molina and Victor Villenueva and asked them if they were aware that owner of the property when he told them to leave the property at which time Leodan Salmeron-Molina stated that “he just bought it”.
