Survey open through October 25; Input will help inform event management and future planning

SOMERVILLE—While the crisp fall air has arrived, Somerville’s Arts and Culture division is looking ahead to spring and one of its biggest annual events, PorchFest. As planning for 2027 gets underway, community members are invited to complete the PorchFest survey to give input on what’s working and identify areas for improvement as the event continues to evolve.

From its debut in 2011 with roughly 75 bands, Somerville PorchFest has grown to be a regionally known musical celebration, with over 500 musicians and music groups participating in 2026. All perspectives are encouraged: whether you’ve participated in PorchFest as a host, performer, attendee or experienced it as a neighbor, bystander, local business, or commuter, we want to hear from you.
