Somerville High Cheerleaders 1st Place Cheer Competition!

The Somerville High School Cheerleaders competed Sunday February 23rd in Douglas, MA. They came home with a first place trophy in
their division and were named the Greater Boston League Champions. They placed third overall in the entire competition. Somerville has qualified for the North Regional Championship next Sunday March 2nd in Chelmsford, MA. This was a tough week for our squad. We lost two teammates in one week due to injury. The girls only had a week to change their entire routine for the GBL competition. With hard work and dedication they managed to pull through on top. We are very proud of our girls and look forward to competing with some of the best teams in the North at Regionals on Sunday.
