Yesterday we had our first Community Budgeting session and got 64 ideas (including building a community tree house) for investments in Public Health, Recreation, Arts and Culture, and Community Engagement and Immigrant Outreach.
Sixty-four’s a good start, but we know there are more great ideas out there. We want them all – big, small, mundane, wacky. Join us Thursday or Saturday to share your ideas:
Thursday, Feb. 27 , 6:30 p.m., at the West Somerville Neighborhood School, 177 Powderhouse Blvd.
Saturday, March 1 (snow date Saturday, March 8), 11 a.m., City Hall, 93 Highland Ave.
