Narrative
The following is a summary,

On November 24, 2013, I officer Gravin Guillen, along with OFC Jason Costa, were both in full uniform assigned to marked unit E-1. At
approximately 01:19, we were dispatched to Everett Ave. for a report of an individual trying to get in a motor vehicle that was being operated by a female driver.

Upon arrival, we were met by the victim, Also on scene, was a drunk male, later identified as Ever Fabian. Ofc. Costa and myself placed him in handcuffs for her safety and ours. E-4, operated by OFC. Christopher Collette also arrived on scene. While speaking to v , who was in immediate distress and crying, began telling me what happened. She informed me that she was driving her truck on Cross St., when she pulled over and asked Mr. Fabian for directions. She asked Mr. Fabian where Dartmouth St. was in Somerville. She then stated he got in her car, and said, ” mami, I gave you $40 to xxx.” v then stated he started touching her and she started to drive. He then pulled down his pants fully exposing himself and said, ” well, lets xxx.” This is when she pulled over and called the police. When I searched the car, a bag of Chinese food and his jacket was in the truck that she stated was his. Mr. Fabian confirmed this. Mr. Fabian stated he gave her $40 for gas money and did not do anything to her. He was placed under arrest. Mr. Fabian was transported by unit #200 by Ofc. Melo and booked by Lt. Sheehan in the usual manner.
