Obituary
Paul A. Mahoney, a resident of Somerville and formerly of Billerica, passed away on June 1, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Else Mahoney. Paul was a loving father to Donna Lynch and her husband Ronald of Tewksbury, and Donald Seaburg of Lowell.

He was the cherished son of the late Clarence and Marie Mahoney and brother to the late Ralph, Donald, and James Mahoney. Paul was a dear grandfather to Miranda Lynch and a great grandfather to Jack and Emma. A proud veteran of the US Army, Paul will be remembered for his service to his country. Visiting hours will be held at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.), Somerville, on Monday afternoon from 12:00 to 3:00. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be private. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Paul’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 320 Nevada St. Newton, MA 02460.
