The City Council may take two significant votes on or after Thursday, March 21. Votes may be taken on the Proposed Condominium Conversion Ordinance as well as the Proposed Short-Term Rental Ordinance at the 6 p.m. meeting of the Land Use Committee of the Whole at City Hall. These items have had strong public interest, so while the exact date of the votes could change, this is just an effort to be sure everyone knows the Council is getting close.
