Freedom of information act … personnel files of some current officers ….. the more corrupt the more the promotions. Deputy Paul… Sergeant Mr Small should either be in jail or fired or demoted yet rewarded. Surely some things have never made it to file since things get broomed. Who gets promoted anywhere without looking into person, especially as administrations change.

Chief another of Joe C. puppets … has no idea what going on in his own department,  has no balls. Joe C. has final say on promotions, so do these people have something on him.

Past officers did real investigations on these two, they have since retired and real investigations put aside and Cotter took over  and no real investigations have been done since. Another Joe C. boy.

Look into these people, you have bloodhounds. What deputy chief rides a bike giving out bicycle tickets, great way to spend my tax dollars at over  $100,000 a yr.
