Real Life Somerville Police Stories: Joseph KEOHANE Jr (Ammo no FID, Possess Class A)

On October 7th, 2017, I, Officer Sousa, was on duty and assigned to uniform patrol in East-3.  At approximately 6:36pm, I responded along with East-2 Ofc. Detective Collazo to 66 Highland Avenue for a check condition.  Dispatch informed us that a man was slumped behind the wheel of his motor vehicle and the reporting party was concerned for him.
