Meet this week’s “Special Person of the Week:Jack Kehoe
By Frank Santangelo
Jack Kehoe is a long time Somerville resident. Jack grew up in the Mystic Projects and went on to work as a landscaper for Mike’s Landscaping in Malden.
He currently works as a roofer and loves to play golf and go to the beach whenever he can. He is crazy about his significant other, “Pebbles” Alice Stone.
Jack always has Somerville in his heart as he attends multiple charitable events across the city whenever a fellow Somervillian is in need of a helping hand. Jack’s hand is always one of the first hands that are out there extended to help out.
Now Jack could use helping hands in the form of prayers. Jack’s mom, Dorothy is currently battling cancer and all of us here in Somerville are sending our thoughts and prayers to comfort her and show a strong sign of support for her.
Somerville is the kind of city who’s neighbors pull together when something like this happens and sticks together through thick and thin. That’s what makes Somerville one of the greatest cities on earth!
Jack is the perfect example of what a good neighbor means and how good neighbors stick together in times of need.
Our hats are off to his true Somerville spirit!
We here at the Somerville News Weekly salute you for everything that you do to make Somerville a better place.
Congratulations!
So Awesome! Jack is a doll 🙂
