On Saturday, a group of officers helped to escort Medford resident, Francis St. Germain from his home to his birthday party at the Saugus Elks. Fran turned 100 years old on May 6th.
He is a World War II Navy veteran and our officers, who are also fellow Navy veterans, were privileged to assist in the escort.
