CITY OF SOMERVILLE GETS AUTHORITY TO PROSECUTE CODE VIOLATIONS

SOMERVILLE — Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan and Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone have reached an agreement under which the City of Somerville’s Law Department will be able to criminally prosecute certain code violations.
