Lucy Barrows, a lifelong Somerville resident who works for the City of Somerville in the Treasury Department. 
Lucy, with her friendly smile and positive attitude is liked by everyone in Somerville as well as people that meet her at the treasury window.  She goes that extra step and makes City Hall more people friendly by assisting Somerville residence that request information at that department. 
She is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet here in Somerville who really cares about helping people and making a difference. 
From continuously assisting worthy charities and organizations to helping local children here in Somerville, Lucy sure has a heart of gold. 
She is always the first to volunteer whenever there is a worthy cause to be supported.
