Come celebrate the music and the spirit of the generation that changed the world culminating at the iconic 1969 Woodstock Festival. This will be the only commemoration of the Woodstock Festival milestone in the Boston area.
Groove to a multimedia event with a light show and music from the original Woodstock Festival by such artists as: Richie Havens, Canned Heat, Arlo Guthrie, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Joe Cocker, The Band, Paul Butterfield, Ten Years After.
Live music performed by the Workingman’s Band plus special guests including Tim Leavitt on guitar & vocals, Marilyn Kirby (of Woodstock NY) on vocals, Craig Harris on percussion, Dennis Pearne (from Richie Havens band) on guitar/vocals. Also a special appearance by musician Any Pratt who will relate his Woodstock experience.
The large performance hall has seating and dancing space for 400 plus a cash bar, cafe food and vendors of rock memorabilia.
