Independent film producer and actress, Jennifer Gjulameti, proudly presents Former ICM Entertainment Agent &
Award-Winning Filmmaker Jim Jermanok for his acclaimed, empowering, and career-changing workshop, “BEYOND THE CRAFT: How to Make Money as a Creative Professional” in Charlestown, Massachusetts, on Saturday, April 5th, 2014, from 10am-2pm, for a heavily discounted fee of $89!

This Creative Business Workshop on April 5th focuses on how to be successful in the entertainment industry and creative arts and is for aspiring, working, and successful creative professionals – writers, directors, producers, actors, dancers, artists, musicians, photographers, entrepreneurs and others..

Jim Jermanok was an ICM Entertainment Agent for almost a decade. ICM (International Creative Management), is one of the top full-service agencies in the USA and internationally with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London. Jim started his career as an ICM Agent where he helped to represent Alan Arkin, Helen Hayes, Arthur Miller, Shirley MacLaine, Dudley Moore, Henry Winkler and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, among others.

Additionally, Jim Jermanok is an Award-winning Writer, Director and Producer with four acclaimed features, including “Em,” “Passionada,” and “Agganis.” “Passionada” was released by Columbia TriStar in over 150 countries, and his latest film “Em” recently won the Grand Jury Prize at the Seattle International Film Festival.

The workshop, BEYOND THE CRAFT: How to Make Money as a Creative Professional is intended to introduce aspiring, working, and successful creative professionals to the concepts, skills, and strategies necessary to achieve a successful creative livelihood.

As Jennifer Gjulameti notes, “Film schools and acting studios and programs teach the craft of their art, but almost none teach their students the business side of the entertainment industry. If you want to make a breakthrough in your career in the creative arts, working with a mentor or coach accelerates your progress exponentially. Mentorship and training are part of the creative profession. I attended two of Jim’s acclaimed workshops, “BEYOND THE CRAFT” and his “SUCCESSFUL FILM PRODUCING AND FINANCING”, and both were game changing. Jim distills 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry into four hours jam packed with useful information. I highly recommend both of his workshops.”

“Jim Jermanok cuts to the chase to guide anyone wanting to make a film. His work as producer of the award-winning independent feature, “Em” and “Passionada” and years of experience as an agent at ICM, among many other things, make his workshops extremely focused, practical and helpful.”
-Hannah Riemann, Acclaimed Director, Actress, Singer

“The man knows what he’s talking about. If you go to one entertainment/film career workshop in your life, make sure it’s with Jim Jermanok.”
-Anthony Arkin, Acclaimed Actor, Director, Editor

According to Jim Jermanok: “I enjoy empowering the most talented people, not necessarily the most wealthy or most connected. These workshops are geared to aspiring, working and successful creative professionals. My workshops distill 30 years of entertainment industry experience into four hours and focus on how to be proactive instead of solely relying on agents, managers and other gatekeepers. I present these all over the world and I’m delighted to be doing them in Boston!”
