huguley arrest

On January 13, 2014, I was assigned to the patrol division in marked unit W5. I

was dispatched to Broadway for a reported breaking and entering.

On scene, Officers Collette, Teves, Martinez and I proceeded to the second floor and found the defendant, James Huguley sleeping in the corner. The victim arrived moments later and informed me that he issued a verbal trespass to the defendant on 9/24/13. At this point, the defendant was placed under arrest for Trespassing.

The defendant was transported to the Somerville Police Station and booked.
