You’ve all kicked this can down the road in failure for so long now and here we are going into October tomorrow and soon November and these people are still sleeping on the sidewalk like dogs. These are somebody’s mothers, fathers, brothers sisters, sons, and daughters for God sakes. Can you help them once and for all? Do your jobs!! You should all resign in disgrace especially you, Madame Mayor because you have failed this city over and over and over. It’s time for you to go!
