SOMERVILLE_ Earlier this week the Kiwanis Club of Somerville held it’s annual Legion of Honor luncheon at the Mount Vernon Restaurant. The Legion of Honor recognizes Kiwanis members after 25 years of continuous membership and service and again every five years thereafter. Today’s meeting honored four outstanding members for their dedication and service to the Kiwanis Club and the Somerville community.

Distinguished Past President David O’Brien. 25 years
Distinguished Past President Sandra McGoldrick. 30 years
Member Robert Gorin. 35 years
Past President Robert Costello Jr. 50 years

All of these members are well-known in the community and have dedicated hundreds of hours supporting the Somerville Kiwanis Club and the many ways that we serve others, especially children.
