After 21 years of serving the public, Assistant Library Director Kathleen Kane is officially calling it a career.
I stopped by her retirement party today and thanked her for all the tremendous work she has done for the community. The Medford Public Library will not be the same without her.
She has very big shoes to fill but I know Samantha Sednek, who heads up the Children’s section, is up to the job and will be a fantastic Assistant Director!
