Mary V. (Aiello) Mangherini was a wonderful person who will be sadly missed here in Somerville by many.

Mangherini, Mary V. (Aiello) of Somerville, September 19, 2021, at age 89.
Devoted wife of the late Daniel Mangherini. Loving mother of Donna Mangherini and her late husband Robert Gillis, Susan Griffin and her late husband Michael Griffin. Cherished grandmother of Danielle Griffin, Amanda Griffin, Michelle Griffin, Megan Verge and Eryn Gillis. Adored great-grandmother of Michael Gomez-Calle, Mea Gomez-Calle, Damon McIntosh, William Verge and Olivia Verge. Beloved sister of Lillian Monteforte, Lucy Moscaritolo, Pauline Aiello, Star Aiello, Frankie Aiello, Louie Aiello, Billy Aiello, Tom Aiello and the late Nancy Hartgrove, Sonny Aiello and John Aiello. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge Street, in Cambridge on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 9:00 am.
Funeral Mass to follow at St. Ann’s Church, 399 Medford Street in Somerville at 10:00 am.
Visiting hours at the funeral home in Cambridge on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
Interment will be at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge.
Cambridge and Somerville Massachusetts Covid – 19 guidelines, requires everyone attending MUST wear a mask while in the funeral home and in the church and suggest social distancing whenever possible.
