MARY’S OBITUARY
Herlihy, Mary T. (Hansbrough) – 95, A lifelong resident of Somerville passed away on September 10, 2021.
Beloved wife of the late Francis T. Herlihy.
Loving daughter of the late Mary A. Truell.
Dear aunt of Thomas Herlihy of FL, Paul A. Herlihy of Acton, and Ann Duffy of Wakefield.
Also survived by several great nieces and great nephews as well as extended relatives and dear friends.

Calling Hours will be held at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Wednesday morning 9:30-10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, Somerville at 11:00 am. Followed by interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden where Mary will be laid to rest along side her husband.
The family would like to thank Mary’s dedicated aides from Peace of Mind Home Health Care. The care they gave Mary made her feel so special and Mary thought of them as dear friends these past six years. They certainly enriched her life at Youville House.

Mary was a retired Analyst of 43 years for New England Life Insurance Co. Due to Covid-19 protocol all attendees for the Visitation and Funeral Mass are required to wear facial masks. Funeral Home and Church are both Handicap accessible.
