Powder House Boulevard Traffic Safety Meeting Scheduled For May 22

A community meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 22, to discuss implementation of the Powder House Blvd. Traffic Safety Plan and to formally begin discussions about bike lane options on Powder House Blvd. Options include single-lane bike lanes to enhance safety or a protected two-way bike facility that would offer greater safety and require the removal of parking on one side of the street. The meeting will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the West Somerville Neighborhood School, 177 Powder House Blvd.
