MAZZEO, Gerald “Gerry” F. Of Malden, formerly of Somerville. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 19, 2017, at the age of 60, after a long illness. Beloved husband of 23 years and best friend of 43 years to Phyllis Mazzeo (Cochran) of Malden. Loving son of the late John B. Mazzeo and Catherine T. (O’Connor). Devoted brother of John P. Mazzeo, Robert Mazzeo George Mazzeo, Stephen Mazzeo, and the late Catherine Mazzeo Brush, and Joseph Mazzeo, all of Somerville. Brother in law of Karen Cunningham of NH, Joseph Cochran of NH, Eleanor Haggerty of Malden, and the late Lloyd and William Cochran. Also survived by his ‘furbabies’ Elvis, Stella, Booboo, and Yogi, and many cherished nieces, and nephews. Visiting Hours will be held from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Ave., NORTH CAMBRIDGE, on Monday from 4-8pm. A Prayer Service will take place at 6pm. Relatives and friends invited.
