For the entrée, guests may choose kalbi marinated skirt steak with baby bok choy, and kimchee; Jidori™ chicken breast with shitake cream, snap peas, radish, and black garlic; sautéed Gulf shrimp with asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic soy; or Gardein™ chick’n with garlic, ginger, cured lemon, cilantro, and sudachi soy. Chef Mark LoRusso’s festive brunch menu will begin with the choice of appetizers including: Japanese heirloom tomato gazpacho with grilled and chilled shrimp; a smoked salmon tasting with bagel, mascarpone and capers; Botero granola with Greek yogurt and berries; or quiche with aged cheddar, smoked bacon and spinach. Guests may choose from featured entrées: Dungeness crab Benedict with asparagus and béarnaise; roasted banana Nutella-stuffed French toast; and hanger steak “cobb salad” with mushrooms, bacon and blue cheese. The meal will conclude with the choice of one of the following: carrot cake with cream cheese mousse, compressed pineapple and orange creamsicles, strawberry Napoleon with vanilla Bavarian and rhubarb sorbet, or a warm chocolate tart topped with salted caramel, raspberries, and praline ice cream. Country Club – A New American Steakhouse, Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch
Executive Chef Carlos Guía has planned a special Jazz Brunch menu in honor of Mother’s Day. Begin the meal with a variety of buffet-style appetizer options including, a shellfish station with king crab and snow crab legs, Louisiana crawfish, wild caught shrimp, and seasonal oysters. Breakfast favorites such as eggs Versailles, poached eggs with barbecue smoked pork and French toast bread pudding are all made to order fresh from the kitchen. The menu also includes Chef Guía’s signature Louisiana dishes including shrimp and grits and gumbo. Family friendly options such as mac n’ cheese and mini burger sliders are also included on the menu. The Jazz Brunch is priced at $65 per person, $27 for children 5-12, not inclusive of beverages, tax or gratuity. For an additional $25 per person you may add unlimited Champagne.
