Real Life Somerville Police Stories: Armed Robbery

Armed Robbery
22021345: Somerville PD is attempting to identify the two pictured men who robbed an individual of his moped in the area of Broadway & Franklin St on 4/20/22 at approximately 3:42PM. The suspects were operating a moped together and followed the victim to his home. Suspect 1 then approached the victim, pointed a gun at him and stole his moped while Suspect 2 fled on the other moped. Both suspects traveled east in the direction of Charlestown.

Suspect 1 was described as a Hispanic man, 5’5, early 20s, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jacket, black pants, and white sneakers. Suspect 2 was described as a Hispanic man, 5’6, early 20s, wearing black sweatshirt, black pants and white sneakers. Armed Robbery
22021105: On 4/19/22 at 4:27 PM, the pictured individual entered a business in Assembly Row and proceeded to steal a take-out order. The suspect then brandished a knife at an employee and threw the food at him. The suspect was described as wearing a black Canada Goose jacket, blue jeans, purple Nike sneakers and carrying a black backpack with the word “Supreme” written on it. Armed Robbery
22021967: On 4/23/22 at approximately 5:44 PM, Somerville Police responded to Assembly Row for report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victims who stated they were approached by two black men, one of whom brandished a knife and demanded their bicycles. Officers identified one of the suspects.
