I’m a very concerned citizen and affiliate who has daily interactions at the Registry of Deeds for your opponent Maria Curtatone…..if you want some information to help your campaign I’m sure I can provide some useful news and this is what I have been told……I am also a concerned property owner in Middlesex South District…..who is very concerned for my friend because I believe my friend is a target and is afraid for their job.

I think the constituents have a right to know what a shit show it is in here She just screwed a lot of people at the Registry out of promotions.

These employees have been very loyal and hard working employees at the Registry, but all she and her staff do is bully the workers….petty shit.

You should petition the State to audit Middlesex South Registry of Deeds……there are properties that have not been completely processed and Certificate of Titles written from 1997 thru about 2011. That’s illegal because the state took the money…..

One person from this district sued the state over the property not having a Certificate of Title written and won….

Everybody knows that there’s a certain section of the registry that floods periodically. She’ll have one of her assassin helpers put selected files that belong to certain friends and family members there and when the space floods the files get destroyed. And we all know when a judge wants to see a file, he wants to see the original document and she can’t produce them.

Her selected inner circle people leaving here doing personal errands for Maria on State time….

She tries to bully people in here along with her friend Carmel. This place has been a mess for years. People in here are terrified of her…..they are bullies…. She’s also a racist….hasn’t hired one black person in her years as Register…..

Carmel comes in whenever she wants and she’s the technical advisor.

There is also a person there who has a handicap and has worked here 23 years and was overlooked for a promotion…..they gave 2 of the promotions to people that don’t have the seniority. One has 6 years here and the other one 7 years.

Also a woman who has been here 31 years and is 68 years old was also bypassed for a promotion.

Also the Secretary of State’s office knows a lot of this and has done nothing about it….they have repeatedly been told about the environment in here and have done nothing……. And they have been told by others not just me. The State is complicit in all of this.

Employees, from rumors I’ve heard in here first hand, that Maria has taken her certain assassin employees from here to her house to hang out, eat, watch movies…..during working hours on the taxpayers dime. She’s even using them as her personal drivers to do errands for her and at times before picking up her children from school and bringing them shopping and other unethical chores.

We are all getting together here and we will produce affidavits for you to show the world evidence of everything she has gotten away with over the past 12 years as Registrar…
