Museum Hosts Day of Anime-Themed Programming and Family Fun

BOSTON, MA (November 13, 2018)  On December 1st, 2018, the Museum of Science, Boston will host Anime Boston for a day of anime-themed programming, activities, and family fun. Anime Boston hosts their three-day convention annually in Boston under the supervision of theNew England Anime Society and will bring their programming to the Museum of Science for the first time this December from 9am to 3:30pm. The Women of the Boston Comedy Festival return to Somerville

The women of the Boston Comedy Festival are returning to the Rockwell Theater Saturday, Nov 17. at 9 pm 2018 was a big year for women in The Boston Comedy Festival, with four of the five finalists this year being funny females. Boston’s own Erin Spencer, Kathe Farris, and Emily Ruskowski each had amazing sets, each with their own original styles. Erin Spencer was the first transgender person to make it to the finals.
