Hi Billy ! 

We live at 93 Flint street and we like to feed the birds that fly around our house. When my dad left for work today he saw a rat that climbed a tree to get to the bird feeder.  

I think it is absolutely appalling with the rat problem that is going on in the city that you can’t even feed birds anymore .  

Of course when you call 311 they could care less. Here is the photo.
