On 02/24/18, I, Officer Christopher Collette was assigned to Somerville marked unit East One. At approximately 15:57 hours, I was dispatched to the XXXX, at 1XX Middlesex Ave. for a male shoplifter. Officer Moreira in East Four responded as well. Once on scene, I identified the male party as  Matthew Boudreau. He stated that he was caught stealing products from the store. I then spoke to XXXX, a store employee. She stated that Mr. Boudreau passed by all points of purchase as he attempted to exit the store. He set off the theft detection system. Security then stopped Mr. Boudreau and recovered $112.70 worth of merchandise. I asked Somerville Control to run a query of Mr. Boudreau. This resulted in the discovery of an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Mr. Boudreau. The warrant was confirmed by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department of New Hampshire. Mr. Boudreau was placed under arrest for shoplifting goods worth over $100, by concealment 266/30A/T and being a
