Somerville Speakup Line-What’s Your Take on Somerville’s New CT2 Bus/Bus Prioritization Lane? Good or Bad?

By William Tauro

Another new adventure in the city of Somerville, CT2 Bus/Bus Prioritization Lanes

Here’s the City of Somerville’s take on it: “Aside from a few portions of the Silver Line, Somerville is the only place you’ll find a bus prioritization lane on a municipal street. Although the lane on Prospect Street is new, it’s already saving bus riders time. The CT2 bus is saving an average of 6 minutes (and sometimes up to 10 minutes) using the prioritization lane.”

Now let’s hear you’re true personal comments on it!
