Somerville Properzi Manor Seniors Display Their Patriotism With Flags

By William Tauro

Last week, building trustees Pat and John of Properzi Manor/Warren Ave Senior Housing Community of Somerville collected hundreds of flags from the Cambridge cemetery that were originally used at the cemetery on Memorial Day.
With the permission of the cemetery, the flags were then distributed to the hundreds of seniors throughout the apartment complex and then were placed on every balcony as well as throughout the building.
The Somerville senior’s display of patriotism is easily noticed by every person strolling or driving by Warren Avenue.
