Public Hearing of the Board of Aldermen

7:00 P.M., Thursday, November 17, 2016

Somerville City Hall, 93 Highland Avenue

President William A. White, Jr., has called for this Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen for the purpose of considering, and conducting a Public Hearing on, matters related to the Mayor’s proposed Green Line Extension Project Participation Agreement, including:

· #202364 Submitting for approval the Green Line Extension Project Participation Agreement, and conveying 3 side letters.

· #202365 Requesting an appropriation and authorization to borrow $50,000,000 in a bond to pay costs related to the extension of the MBTA Green Line to Somerville.

· #202381 Assistant City Solicitor submitting a Home Rule Petition authorizing the city to borrow funds to pay for the Green Line Extension.
