On November 11, 2015, at 20:58 hours, Officer Soares and I were dispatched to Star Market, located at 14 McGrath Highway, for a shoplifter. Upon arrival, we entered the Loss Prevention Office, and made contact with Loss Prevention Officer, XXXXX, and the suspect, Kevin Haddad. XXXXX stated he observed Mr. Haddad walking up and down the aisles filling reusable shopping bags with grocery items. Mr. Haddad attempted to leave Star Market with the unpaid merchandise, and was stopped by XXXXX. XXXXX provided me with a receipt for the stolen goods, totaling $150.38.

Mr. Haddad was arrested for Shoplifting Over $100, handcuffed (double locked), and transported to the station for booking.
